航班恢复问题是当今世界各国航空公司普遍面临的难题。航班延误不仅会给航空公司造成巨大的经济损失，而且还会给旅客带来极大的不便。因此，研究该问题具有十分重要的现实意义。本文针对所提问题及具体数据，对航班恢复问题建立了数学模型，进行了深入研究，给出了保证所有航班和旅客延误时间最短的调度计划方案。
