This NSFC project develops bioinformatics methods that integrate multi-level omics data to discover biomarkers of complex diseases. High-throughput proteomics, genomics, transcriptomics, and metabolomics are jointly modeled to reveal molecular interaction networks and select sparse, interpretable biomarker panels.
